Want to design our new shirts?! We are having a contest!

We here at Crazed Imaginations are very much aware of how crafty you all are. We would like to present you with an opportunity to show us your mad crafting skillz. Your mission, should you choose to accept, is to design us a new shirt. We've had a lot of changes in 2010. One of which is we're trying to really step up the "Crazed" part of Crazed Imaginations. So make us something that really plays with the "Crazed Imagination" theme. The Winner will be announced in September and will receive a free shirt with their design on it.

Entry start date: July 1st
Entry Close date: August 15th

Ok, I promised you a raffle, and here it is. You need not be present to win. Use the paypal button to donate to the cause, and I'll give you raffle tickets. $1 for 1, and $15 for 20. What do you win? Since I've spent the last decade telling people what to do on Friday nights, you get to tell me what to do.
We'll draw 6 winners, and over the next six months, I'll let a winner pick an activity for me to do on a Friday night.

You can invite yourself over for dinner, you can tell me to go to the movies or to do something totally out of my comfort zone. Or have me make cookies and mail them to troops.

Three restrictions

1. It cannot go against my moral code. Stop laughing, I have one! I'm not going to go eat meat, or kick puppies.

2. It has to be economically feasible. I can't fly back to Michigan to hang out with you, as much as I would love to.

3. I'm not offering to be your maid. But babysitting is an option.

Yep, after all these years, it's time for me to step down and go to bed early on Fridays for a while. Please come out and enjoy the show! If you're current/former/visiting cast and would like to be part of the roast or show, let me know asap.

If you can't make the show, you can still go to www.crazedimaginations.net/amyroast to donate.

It's a big pictureCollapse )

Are you experiencing Post-Halloween blues? Feel the need to dress up and show off your creative abilities, but don’t think there is a venue for it? Riding that high from Halloween and don’t feel like having it end? Not sure what to do on a Friday night? Well, have we got your problems solved! At Crazed Imaginations, San Diego’s Rocky Horror Picture Show, we aim to fill that void that is in your freakish heart. Not only do we perform every Friday night at midnight at the historic La Paloma Theatre, but every 2nd Friday of the month is Lingerie Night, where you the audience get to prance around in your underwear and win fabulous prizes.

And this month’s Lingerie Night is particularly special, as it is Friday the 13th! Friday the 13th’s are special at Crazed Imaginations because it is the day that people let their inner freak out, and we here at Rocky Horror are happy to give people the venue. What better way to celebrate these spookiest of days with a couple hundred people in a crowded theatre, most wearing nothing but their underwear, and actually encouraged to yell things at the movie? Oh, how about if it only costs $9. That’s right, only $9! That’s cheaper than going to see a movie, and where else do you get a total interactive experience?

Haven’t see The Rocky Horror Picture Show? Well, it is a totally unique experience. Come see why this movie has been a cult phenomenon for almost 35 years! Check us out at www.crazedimaginations.net and come do the Time Warp again!
